For repairs requiring external expertise not available in-house, we collaborate with our trusted repair partner, Scottish Mountain Gear, equipped with genuine Schöffel spare parts. In cases where the claim is not deemed a valid warranty issue, we still extend the option of limited in-house repairs, such as popper replacement.
