2. Upon conducting an inspection, we will promptly notify you directly regarding the item's warranty status and outline the resolution process, which may involve either repair or replacement. For repairs requiring external expertise not available in-house, we collaborate with our trusted repair partner, Scottish Mountain Gear, equipped with genuine Schöffel spare parts. In cases where the claim is not deemed a valid warranty issue, we still extend the option of limited in-house repairs, such as popper replacement.
