Promotion codes are alphanumeric codes or code words which can give you money off on a certain product, the whole order or free delivery. Codes are vouchers and not e-gift cards so are designed for one time use when the order is being placed.  

Where do I find promotion codes?

Promotion codes are usually connected to a promo or event. Signing up to our newsletter will benefit you if we communicate a promotion code.  

How do I use my promotion code?

Type your code into the relevant box at checkout page and hit "apply" to update your order before you confirm payment.  

My promotion code doesn't work?

If your code doesn't work check the T&C's on the communication you got the code with. Many codes are live for only a short amount of time or require minimum cart value. Most codes will not work on items already on sale or under another promotion.
